Squire Tarbox Restaurant Summary:

Unique country white table cloth restaurant. Leisurely pace for your relaxation. Local foods are used when possible. The Squire Tarbox Restaurant is supplied with fresh produce from our on premise organic farm. You can dine in the 1763 'summer kitchen' dining room or out on the screened in deck overlooking the gardens, when weather permits. Enjoy a romantic evening on a cool spring or fall evening in front of the fire.

Mario de Pietro is the executive chef and joint owner along with his wife Roni. Mario trained as a chef in Switzerland before coming to the USA in 1969.
